OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS
Although we will do our best to satisfy an order, there may be occasions where we would not be able to fulfill an order. In these instances, we reserve the right not to accept an order; which could be:

The product may be temporarily or permanently out-of-stock, or our courier company may not be shipping products to your location/country.
Please kindly keep in mind that, in such cases, we will immediately notify you in this regard.ORDER CANCELLATION
An order can be cancelled at any time until the process of dispatch; on the condition that you inform us in written form (via email). Please contact us via email@example.com in case of an order cancellation and we will refund the amount paid by you to your card and your order will be cancelled.
In the event of cancellation and/or return of purchased item, you will be charged for the return.
PRICING & DESCRIPTION ERRORS
In cases where a description error of the product on our website occurs, we will immediately contact you to check whether you prefer cancelling your order and receive your refund payment in full. In the event of pricing errors, we will dispatch the order and refund the balance if the price is understated; or, we will contact you and give you the options of paying the balance or cancelling your order if the price is overstated.
OUR SECURITY POLICY
All card transactions are processed by Amazon Pay, Pay Pal, Google Pay, Klarna. If you are facing connection problems during your payment process, they may have been caused by the high level security settings of your browser.
Your contact details including your name, address, phone number and email address are required when you shop with us through our website as this is the only way we can process your order.

PAYMENT & DELIVERY INFORMATION
PAYMENT BY PAYPAL OR CREDIT & DEBIT CARD:
We accept the major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch and Solo as well as PayPal. Please find below the detailed information on payment methods for your consideration:
PayPal accepts all types of credit card brands, including the major names like Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Your card is debited at the point of order and the payment amount is withdrawn after you insert your payment details. In the event of out-of-stock item, we will email you with an estimated delivery date, at which point you can decide if you want to wait or cancel.
The items are dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of order and should therefore arrive in about 7 days at the latest. Any orders requiring a "next day" delivery need to be completed before 1PM to ensure dispatch. All items with a value in excess of €150.00 will require a signature on delivery. We do make a charge for Postage & Packing which will be detailed on the payment page of the item. We collaborate with the following courier companies: FEDEX, UPS, TNT & DHL. RETURNS & REFUNDS
As a long-established company, we are very proud of our customer service. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please return it to us along with your order number within 14 days as of the day you receive your purchase, on the condition that the item(s) arrives back to us in its original condition. Thereafter, we will be happy to arrange a replacement of the item within 28 days or refund you the payment you have made within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. However, your refund may be delayed if we do not receive the items.
