Daily Use & Protection
- Avoid over-filling or compressing your item. Keep it gently structured to preserve its silhouette.

- If your leather comes into contact with water, blot immediately with a clean, light-colored, absorbent cloth. Do not rub or use solvents.
- To guard against color transfer, avoid prolonged contact with highly pigmented fabrics such as raw denim or surfaces that may rub dye onto the leather.
- Perfume, hand-sanitizer, creams and other alcohol-based or chemical-based products can penetrate the surface and alter the finish. Apply these first and allow them to dry before placing your item nearby.
Maintenance & Storage
- Store your leather item in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, heat sources, or humid conditions. Extremes may cause drying, staining or warping of the hide.
- If the leather begins to feel dry or stiff, it may benefit from a specialist-recommended leather conditioner, always tested on a discreet area first. Home remedies such as saddle soaps, mink oils or generic creams may compromise the quality of the material.
- For regular cleaning, simply wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth and let it air-dry naturally. Do not machine-wash or tumble-dry.
- For deeper cleaning or restoration such as stains, heavy soiling or color repair, entrust your item to a professional leather restorer or your brand’s authorized atelier.

Brushing & Minor Cleaning - Once fully dry, you may gently revive the wool surface using a soft-bristled brush or wide-tooth comb, working in the direction of the pile. Avoid aggressive brushing, particularly on napped or straightened wool finishes.
- For the leather side, remove light dust or surface dirt with a soft, dry cloth. If necessary, a slightly damp cloth may be used, but always test discreetly first. Do not spray or saturate the leather with water or cleaning fluids.
- For more substantial stains or soiling, seek a specialist who is experienced with shearling or sheepskin garments. Do not attempt harsh spot-cleaning with enzymatic detergents or industrial solvents.
Storage & Seasonal Care
- When not in use, hang your shearling on a large padded hanger to support its weight and shape. Use a breathable garment bag such as cotton or canvas and store in a cool, dry place. Avoid compressing the item or packing it tightly.

Button or zip up your jacket and lay it flat on a hard surface. Measure straight across the chest area, approximately 2.5 cm (1 inch) below the armholes, from one side seam to the other. Multiply this number by two to get the full chest circumference. - 2WAIST
Lay the jacket flat and smooth out any wrinkles. Measure across the narrowest part of the jacket body, usually just above the bottom hem or at the natural waistline, from one side seam to the other. Double this number to determine the total waist measurement.
