Button or zip up your dress and lay it flat on a hard surface. Measure straight across the chest area, approximately 2.5 cm (1 inch) below the armholes, from one side seam to the other. Multiply this number by two to get the full chest circumference. - 2WAIST
Lay the dress flat and smooth out any wrinkles. Measure across the narrowest part of the dress body, usually just above the bottom hem or at the natural waistline, from one side seam to the other. Double this number to determine the total waist measurement.
