Refund policy

Once your return has been accepted the refund process will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. 

Return shipping costs, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Bigardini. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs or hiring a customs broker.

The 14-day cooling off period does not apply to all purchases. Claims concerning possible returns or refunds of goods must be new and unworn, unwashed merchandise with all labels intact and designer tags attached to them. This includes all the packaging and authenticity cards/bags. Before requesting a return please make sure the garment complies with our return conditions.

The cooling off period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods.

Receiving refund

You must send an email to info@bigardini.com that you want to return your goods. You can inform us and send back your goods within 14 days after your purchase.

You can ship the items you want to return to the Bigardini warehouse with the shipping service of your choice. The return shipping, customs fee, and duties will be at your own expense. Please verify that you have accurately completed and included with your parcel all the necessary documentation for custom clearance. We recommend that you consult with local authorities or your selected shipping service to ensure that the documents are sufficient. Bigardini cannot be held responsible for parcels that are detained at customs because of lacking or insufficient documentation. We therefore highly recommend that you choose a shipping service that permits you to trace the delivery at any time.
